Write a poem using the word Butterfly.

1. Write the word butterfly vertically on your paper.
2. Think of words that start with the letter “B” and write the first line or your poem.

  For Example:

 Butterflies are beautiful

Baby caterpillars on a leaf

Bright colors fly about my garden

  (Notice each example started with the letter “B”)

 3.  The next line starts with word that begin with “U”, then “T”. ..just continue until you finish your poem.

 4.  Edit your poem ( with a partner is helpful)

 5.  Rewrite your poem on the paper provided and add your own touch with a border and pictures.
