   My husband, speaking to a group of young people, was trying to convey the importance of thinking before you act. “I remember one time when I was your age, I hit someone real hard,” he told them. “I wish I could go back and do that again!”

Psalms 37:8   Cease from anger, and forsake wrath: fret not thyself in any wise to do evil.
